Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Recipe

  • 1 6 ounce cup strong coffee OR 1 shot espresso
  • Pumpkin Spice Creamer (recipe below)
  • Pumpkin Spice
  • Ice
  • Sugar or other sweetener of choice
  • 3-4 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Brew coffee and allow to cool for a few minutes or pop in the fridge
  2. Fill cup with 4-5 iced cubes and slowly pour over coffee. Sweeten with a bit of sugar if desired.
  3. Add pumpkin creamer
  4. In a small cup add heavy cream, vanilla extract, and froth 15-30 seconds until light and foamy.
  5. Pour over coffee and garnish with pumpkin spice if desired.

Pumpkin Spice Creamer Recipe

  • 1 1/2 Cups Milk or Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
  1. Heat all ingredients until boiling for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Allow to cool for a few minutes before using.
  3. Pour into a container with lid, like a mason jar.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
