Instructions
Pasta
  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions.
Chicken
  1. Begin by cutting chicken breasts into small cubes and add to medium bowl. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken and sprinkle with seasonings.
  2. Cook over medium low heat and cover. Allow juices to run so that it can cook in it's own juice. After about 15-20 minutes once juices dry up, uncover and add olive oil and sauté till nicely browned about 3-5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
Alfredo Sauce
  1. Melt butter over low-medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add flour in small amounts while continuing to stir in, until fully incorporated. Pour in your milk or heavy cream little by little, and simmer till thickened.
  3. Season with basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cheese and stir until melted. Then remove from heat.
  5. Mix SOME of the pasta and all the chicken together and pour sauce over. Mix well. Add more pasta little by little, you don't want to add too much pasta and have it dry up your sauce too much.
  6. Serve with red wine, rolls, and fresh shredded parmesan. A salad pairs nicely as well!
Recipe Notes

*If using milk I'd say to use 1 1/2 cups milk as the consistency is more watery than heavy cream.
